Do I pay per session or for the full package?+
We recommend the 4-session package — it's the best value and how the program is designed to work. Each track is a complete curriculum, so kids get the most out of it when they attend all four sessions. Drop-in sessions are available at $55/session but are subject to availability and packages always take priority.
What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Life happens, especially with little ones! You can reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice — we'll find you a make-up spot. Cancellations more than 7 days before your package starts are fully refunded. Within 7 days we offer a credit toward a future session. No-shows are not eligible for credits or refunds.
Do you offer a sibling discount?+
Yes! Families with more than one child get $25 off each additional sibling's 4-session package. Just mention siblings at checkout. Kids don't need to be in the same track — a 4-year-old in Balance Track and a 7-year-old in Pedal Power both qualify.
What is the FIRSTRIDE offer and when does it expire?+
FIRSTRIDE is our thank-you to the families who take a chance on us during our launch period. Use code FIRSTRIDE at checkout to get your first package for $149 instead of $175. This is a one-time offer per household, available only while we're filling our very first cohorts. Once we're up and running, the price will simply be $175 — clean and simple for everyone.
What if my child needs more than one 4-session track?+
Every child learns at their own pace and that's perfectly okay. Some kids ride independently after four sessions; others build great foundations and benefit from another cycle. Returning families receive a loyalty discount — ask us about repeat enrollment rates. We'll always be honest about where your child is and what we'd recommend next.
